I have been so sick and yet I have still gotten up almost every morning to workout and I have not cheated, it feels good.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I feel like I have a much better understanding of what food I should put in my body, but I am still struggling with proper portions.

I have been waking up before work and doing a workout, on Friday I didn’t get up but that didn’t mean I skipped my workout, as soon as I got home I did it and I pushed myself pretty hard!
