Plan ahead, buy lots of healthy options, drink a gallon of water, and start thinking constantly "I can do this. I am doing this. This is me now!" I will read memes, Lexi's Facebook, all of it to get my mind in the right place. It's a constant battle, but one we can and will win!

So, question...I’m 5’5” and 125 pounds. I’m not stick thin but I’m pretty happy with my weight but, I also love these games and they hold me accountable. What do people do when they get to their goal weight but still want to play? Because there are no maintainer games anymore, right?

I’m the same height as you, but in my 160s. I know technically you could prob still play 1-2 more games before you hit the 18.5 BMI rule, but that’s also if you want to lose any more.

A lot of people to step bet to keep with the community. You can always write way better and ask. I know they discontinued maintainers because no one was joining

I have been side lined by a horrible chest cold. 102° fever and struggling to breathe. All I want is ice cream because my throat is raw from coughing. Let’s hope this clears up fast.

The popsicles help your throat more! The dairy in ice cream can make your congestion worse when you’re sick. That doesn’t always convince my brain though.

I recently tried pork rinds for the first time and now I crave them 24/7. I used to eat chips and dip all the time but cut them out completely a couple months ago. Pork Rinds give me that crunch and salty ness that I miss but without the carbs. 😁 Now, what are your sweet treats that are low carb?! I’m having a hard time finding stuff. Preferably something I don’t have to make. 😬

  • Sorry about the bad hair but it was really windy today. I knew that I needed to lose weight but after taking this selfie (which I never do) today at my sisters cookout I can tell I really need to lose weight.
