Non-scale victory of the week!

Literally have busted my hump the entire week and avoided all the Christmas treats 3even homemade baklava

Sleep working on getting the rest I need. It's been a stressful crazy week. I need to decompress and rest when my body is tired. Really good hard work I put in and so worth it. I just need to keep hitting my goals like I did last week and this past month consistently.
