Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I had a bad accident in 2007 and was going to have one of my legs amputated but the surgery didn’t happen due to another infection. Since then I have rehabilitated myself and got out of the wheelchair and recently let go of my walking aid. But I am still on a lot of medication that prevents you losing weight plus other medical conditions I have.
