I generally feel like my pants fit a little better, and my sweaters aren’t so snug. Not down a size or anything, but more comfortable in the size I am.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I should have worked out more, but with my period I am just not up to getting sweaty :/

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Changing my habits. I have suffered from depression badly the last six years, and I am use to eating when I’m sad or stressed. In reality, I need to realize that bindging only makes things worse. Alongside this, I need to work on improving my mental health, so I can improve my overall health.
