Non-scale victory of the week!

My pants are slipping

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Free food, man. I haven't been successful at keeping to my plan when I know I won't be home and have less control. I just think, screw it I'll be fine as long as I count it. Quality is more important than quantity.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Avoided sweets. Enjoying exercising and there's no pain when I do it.

Stop eating junk. I got to eat out and went crazy.
