Non-scale victory of the week!
I didn’t gain any weight I’m still maintaining 175 going in 2 weeks

This month has been challenging to say the least all my babies and spouse have been sick and 2 kids birthdays this month making it easy access to sweets and birthday cake I could have stuck to my diet eating better this week since I was too busy to get my workouts in

Do what I said I was going to do, 3 days left to win this dietbet and drop 2 Lbs I can do it if I don’t eat any carbs and maybe try to water fast the last 2 days, I stubbed my pinky toe really bad on the kitchen barstool it may be broken I’m going to have to modify my workouts now
