Non-scale victory of the week!

I didn’t gain any weight I’m still maintaining 175 going in 2 weeks

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

This month has been challenging to say the least all my babies and spouse have been sick and 2 kids birthdays this month making it easy access to sweets and birthday cake I could have stuck to my diet eating better this week since I was too busy to get my workouts in

Do what I said I was going to do, 3 days left to win this dietbet and drop 2 Lbs I can do it if I don’t eat any carbs and maybe try to water fast the last 2 days, I stubbed my pinky toe really bad on the kitchen barstool it may be broken I’m going to have to modify my workouts now

My daughters 6th bday was on February 7th so we ate cake/ice cream and pizza and then I had leftover pizza the following day. And I didn’t work out 3 days in a row

The days off from the last dietbet to this one were horrible I stopped working out felt like I deserved yummy tasting food because I one my last dietbet, well that drug into the weekend had street tacos Saturday and crispy chicken on Sunday with lots of snacking at work

Workout everyday without excuses; wake up and just do it. Cook and meal prep also; went grocery shopping on 2/3 and should have no reason to eat unhealthy foods.

Not eat outside so much and too many desserts for my birthday, I turned 30 years old on the 14th, we went to Mexican restaurant and Texas Road house and had Oreo ice cream cake

Same as last week wake up by 9am, workout 30 minutes lifting and 30 minutes cardio, clean house 2 hours each day, cook healthy, have a protein shake instead of a meal each day, walk 10,000 steps a day at work.

Fit into size 36 work pants on 1/06, size 11/12 jeans are fitting looser, worked out everyday but Sunday and tracked my nutrition with the SHYE app
