Different scales. Feel defeated. Traveling is no joke. It sucks

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I do not know. I have done intermittent fasting and watched my intake. But no joke. I gained 4 lbs the first week of travel. I have lost. But not enough.

I pushed myself after Eastersunday drive with the water weight gain and just worked my butt off for five days straights. Watched my carbs. Omg. I thought I would not make it.

I did not gain weight despite being sick

Hydration. I hydrated well, but my appetite was poor so I should have had more fluids during my illness.
