What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Consistency. Convincing myself to go to the gym consistently, not allowing my depression or anxiety to get in the way. I joined dietbet to keep myself accountable for at least 1 month. I post my meals and workouts on Instagram to hold myself accountable.
