Non-scale victory of the week!

I am under my transformer goal!!!!!!! Wooooooo!!!! I successfully am off keto and have a great weightlifting/workout schedule in effect.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Drinking more water. I don’t drink enough.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Keep my weight below goal for the next 3 days!! Have macro goals in mind and a daily water consumption goal. Run .75 miles st one time without walking.

Getting back under 200 after gaining immediately after the April 1st weigh in

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I need to decide on a type of diet to follow. Keto started giving me a rash and going off of it solved it, but caused significant gain.

Got engaged!! Had first major test of engagement with immediate family emergency but was able to stay under goal weight after traveling for four days.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Sticking to keto and intermittent fasting.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Get back to doing a strict keto diet along with intermittent fasting. Had a family emergency which took an emotional toll but I’m glad I basically stuck to my guns and didn’t overdo it eating-wise.

I’ve mastered the art of making keto fat bombs.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I need to get more fiber in my diet as well as more vegetables. It’s funny how I went from all vegetables to not wanting any. Need to find a happy medium that will keep me ‘regular’.

First week of going into the office which means it’s the first time in about two years that I need to pack my lunch. Goal for this week is to pack keto diet lunches and not buy any cafeteria food.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I made my month 2 goal and am SO close to getting out of the 200’s!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I’m not eating enough calories-I’m taking in maybe 1000 calories a day and blame the 15-16 hour workdays for not being able to cook keto meals. I worry I’m messing with my metabolism.

How many days did you exercise last week?

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Eat 1500 calories a day under keto guidelines. Once under 200, start exercising outside of work whether it be simplyjust sit-ups or squats.

Finished 50 days of being vegetarian and met my March goal!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I need to eat enough calories in a day as well as really strive to meet my correct macros to make my keto diet most effective.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Now that I’m incorporating meat back into my diet, I need to keep a close eye on my net carbs, proteins, and fat macros that are set out by the keto diet. I need to do a better job with getting enough fat and calories in especially.

Sticking to between 20-35 net carbs a day on a vegetarian Keto diet.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Eating vegetarian has gotten very boring and as log late, I’m not meeting my caloric or protein goals for the day. Need to eat at least 1500 calories and at least 112g protein a day.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Start eating meat again, woo!! My New Year’s resolution is completed at the end of today of being vegetarian for 50 days so the main goal is to really watch the way my body reacts to eating meat again. I’ll stay in the Keto diet.

Achieved DietBet goal. Had less than 100g carbs on 1/29 and 1/30.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I feel like I starved myself to achieve weight goal by deadline. Need to eat more, maybe plan meals ahead of time with carb amount in mind instead of total calories

Maintain weight for one more day so that I’m at my monthly goal for my other DietBet, then seriously look at a realistic way to cut carbs while staying full, which I’m realizing are a little bit of an addiction!!
