I am under my transformer goal!!!!!!! Wooooooo!!!! I successfully am off keto and have a great weightlifting/workout schedule in effect.

Keep my weight below goal for the next 3 days!! Have macro goals in mind and a daily water consumption goal. Run .75 miles st one time without walking.
