What has everyone been doing to stay on track? Have you dropped any poor habits? Adopted new good ones? I am trying to increase my water intake and my steps - aiming for 12k a day. How is everyone doing with this?

I joined Weight Watchers online about a month ago and have been walking 5 days a week.


I’m also trying to increase my water intake and steps! Other than that, I’ve been trying to eat smaller portions without really changing my diet too much.
