I’ve been really good at snacking on healthier choices. Huge victory is getting McDonald’s for my boys and nothing for me! I would always get a burger or chicken sandwich. Always justifying it by saying it’s from the $1 menu or that it’s small. Nope! It’s loaded with carbs. I’ve been trying to change my train of thought with how I see foods. 2 more victories were my water intake & my walking/exercise! Everyday got it done!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I need to plan better. Get a note book to plan the meals for the day at least.
