I’m on day 3 of an egg fast. It’s harder then I thought it would be. I’m excited to see how well I did.

I really need to get out and walk more. I do work out in the morning but would like to get in another walk.

I’ve been very successful with intermittent fasting. I have found an app that tracks and keeps me going!

I need to watch the little sugar that has creeped in. I need to do better with sticking with no carbs.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I’ve been really good at snacking on healthier choices. Huge victory is getting McDonald’s for my boys and nothing for me! I would always get a burger or chicken sandwich. Always justifying it by saying it’s from the $1 menu or that it’s small. Nope! It’s loaded with carbs. I’ve been trying to change my train of thought with how I see foods. 2 more victories were my water intake & my walking/exercise! Everyday got it done!

I need to plan better. Get a note book to plan the meals for the day at least.
