Ate healthy at restaurants and didn’t miss any workouts!

Food! I enjoy working out but eating healthier food and cutting out bad food is super difficult for me, as I’m really picky with vegetables.

Lose atleast 2.5 pounds. Get 8 hours of sleep each night. Drink 3 of my nalgene water bottles each day. Excercise 5 days (mix cardio and strength training). Stay in a caloric deficit.
