I sabotaged myself on Sunday with carbs and salt. Otherwise I did well with my diet and exercise. Also need to stop eating so much cheese!

I was really upset I almost didn’t weigh in on Wednesday. But this week I’ve made better choices and asked myself if the choice is worth it. I’m giving myself credit for this past weeks choices!! No should have, could have, would haves! Just being proud of good choices

Self sabotage. Stop making excuses such as one bite won’t hurt. Just say NO!

Learning to not take my efforts for granted

I totally went off my diet. I drank and ate like I didn’t care. I felt like garbage when I was done. Need to remember that feeling.
