Motivation is still pretty high even though I have occasionally felt like I can’t do this. I’m still doing it!

I used some of the tips I got for controlling hunger craziness when I get home from work and I did a little bit better. I brought carrots and hummus for a late afternoon snack and then a filling treat at the end of the day with a tall hot chocolate. That helped a little when I got home although I still ate more than I should have.

Not exercising while the kids are home from college because after work I have so little time with them.

Did well during the day but was so hungry when I got home from work, ate some things that I shouldn't have and went over my calories for the day by about 500 or so, 1700 total.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Need to figure out what to do when I come home hungry or maybe how to prevent that hunger sensibly.
