Not eating all the things when my appetite returned. it's still not all the way back, but still.

Better balance overall. Hubby is cooking still and I need to request more produce.

NSV this week is still moving. It only took three shots to the spine.

I should have gone to the doc sooner, but this was a sudden emergency.

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Honestly, I find weekends and my current health issues the most challenging. On weekends, hubs and I shift into a more relaxed mode and that usually includes later meals and/or dining out.
