Felt the sadness, dealt with grief, and got up and let it go the next day rather than allowing it to drag me down and stay there.

Actually completed a 30+ day mindfulness program and I feel like I’m incorporating some things into everyday life.

I really think I rolled with the punches pretty well. Hard week. One IDGAF meal.

Not let anxious moments cause food consumption. Just happened last night. Was only 300 cal or so, but don’t want that to be a habit that continues.

Being able to stand for a shower for the first time in months. Having a solid 24 hrs of good heart time.

Incorporating more mindfulness. Breathing, stretching, daily journal.

Not gain. Have 2 nights out this week, not worried about losing, just maintain. Finish my week of cardiac rehab.

My acid reflux has improved, and I started cardiac rehab again!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
1 day I went over about 300 calories simply from snacking. I was sick, and bored and just snacked too much.
