Rain coat from 3 or 4 years ago (which has always been tight) was SO roomy after not trying it on for a few months
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Honestly, I ate and drank things I shouldn’t have, and I didn’t track calories for like two days. But I never got crazy about it and knew I was going to get back on the wagon. I enjoyed lots of wine, cheese, bread and even pizza! I ain’t mad about it
