Non-scale victory of the week!

Rain coat from 3 or 4 years ago (which has always been tight) was SO roomy after not trying it on for a few months

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Honestly, I ate and drank things I shouldn’t have, and I didn’t track calories for like two days. But I never got crazy about it and knew I was going to get back on the wagon. I enjoyed lots of wine, cheese, bread and even pizza! I ain’t mad about it

Workout every day (be it walk, bike, gym, etc), focus on water intake and not buying food, drinking alcohol or desperately snacking.

Getting back on track after my family left SC. I was feeling sick a lot of the week, and historically, when my brothers come to town, I go off the rails. I basically did that (but still went to the gym two days of four!), but I got back on track after they left.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have decided to work harder against temptations and not to indulge just because of family visiting.
