  • Transformation Tuesday....On the left I was at my most physically uncomfortable and just shy of my highest weight ever. The picture on the right I am at the smallest I have ever been in almost 35 years. It’s a difference of 105 lbs. I’m still very much trying to get used to taking up so much less space. It just boggles my mind most days.

So, what is everyone doing to get to their goal weight?
This round, I’ll still be trying to keep my “IF” going; in take at least 80 oz of water and eating healthy. I’ll try to get in my 10k steps and do some work outs!

I’m doing IF as well, workout out at least three times a week (aiming for five), 10k steps a day, water water water, and I want to make an actual meal plan for myself instead of just winging it every day.

  • #transformationtuesday I started my journey at the beginning of March two months ago and am already down 50 pounds! I still have a ways to go, but I’m happy I’ve made the decision to change my life and be healthy!

Hey guys! I hesitated to join because I’ve fallen so far off the wagon!! But it’s time to get back on!! I did a few bets back in February but have almost gained all the weight back!! I had baby number 4 in December and have been struggling to get into a good routine to help shed this weight and tone back up!

I had baby #4 in Nov and boy it does NOT come off like it did the first baby. We gotta work for it!!!! You can do it

Good Luck!! I had a baby a year ago and I would snack on soo much throughout the day. If you’re like me and love to snack try to swap it for fresh foods like fruits and veggies with maybe a little nut butter of your choosing. Maybe you can eat a salad for one of your meals too so you know you’re getting some good calories in.

  • Dinner! Oil on a cookie sheet and frozen fish and frozen veggies - bake 400 until done ~15min.

Awwww congrats new mama! My favorite & easiest with a new born would be walks just pop the little one in the stroller and go for a walk. You can do lunges as you walk or stop every block and do squats or jumping jacks etc

Hey all! First time here :) I have gained approximately 30lbs over the past two years and have been working on kicking an alcohol addiction. I'm 24 days sober (already down 5lbs just from not drinking) but haven't been exercising or eating well. Looking forward to this healthy competition keeping me motivated and accountable.
