Non-scale victory of the week!

No victory

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Planning!!! Then I would have what I need in the house - for “emergencies” like dental work, weather, sick child at home. No excuses to eat donuts and McDonalds!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I can’t find any victory this week. It feels like I need to starve to lose a pound. I know that not right, but any day I wat a tiny bit more, my weight goes up.

More exercise, better healthier food choices, especially in the migraine days.

Mostly kept to healthy choices. Juices most mornings

Migraine yesterday. I think I used it as excuse to eat whatever. Poor choices showed up on the scale today.
