Non-scale victory of the week!

Throwing cookies out instead of eating them.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I indulged in 4 cookies, popcorn, a few French fries, and a few chicken fingers over the weekend. It set me back several days.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I prepped some meals that I'm actually looking forward to eating. I'd lost some enthusiasm last week. And I gym-ed every day.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I didn't have a strong weekend. Definitely could have avoided the entire basket of chips at the Mexican restaurant Friday night and the booze on Saturday.
