And workout 3-5 times a week. do ONE muscle group at a time, let the muscle rest one day before you do another one. For example: Monday: Arms & back Tuseday: The whole legs Wednesday: Abs Thursday: Cardio and then start over so every muscle group can rest (That how you grow muscles and burn fat :D )

I hope you got some tips here! This is how i live my life, and sometimes I can take a bit of dark chocolate If i feel like I can handle it! Other wise I just take a cup of green tea with a little bit more honey if the sugar tooth gets to me!

One hugh tip is to cut down on the wheat products and white sugar! Aswell as the salt (sea salt is OK). Those three are NOT good for you. They make you bulk, heavy, sweet tooth bad and so on.

I think you should do this: Write a food journal. And write down every single little thing you put in your mouth. Even if it is a tiny carrot or ONE smal piece of candy.

Eat breakfast, Lunch, dinner and one snack between lunch and dinner. maybe some nuts, a Raw bar, healthy smoothie (rice/almond milk, frozen berries).

Drink green te morning lunch and dinner.

Drink 5-8 glasses of water during the day. If you can, drink 2 glasses of water the first thing in the morning.

Breakfeast tips: Wheat porridge with rice milk / almond milk & berries, maybe some seeds, coconut shreds and cinnamon.OR 2-3 fried eggs in a pan with olive oil or coconut oil (Not fried as in deep fried I mean in a pan with little oil). OR 2-3 boiled eggs. Granola (health option) with almond/rice milk/yoghurt.

Lunch & Dinner: Fish/chicken/turkey with sallad, veggies. Varm food/cold food or sallads.

And thai dishes are great! do veggies, chicken, curry paste with coconut milk! DELISCH!!
