Made brownies and only ate 1/day

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

While I stayed under my calories, I wish I would have had more nutritious foods rather than fitting in fried or junk food by eating less.

Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I do NOT like exercising. I dislike feeling out of breath and uncomfortable. I also crave fast food often. I’m okay with sweets, chips etc, but I just love cheese burgers so much.
