What are your goals for the upcoming week?

even though the diet bet is over & I somehow managed to hit my d.b. goal, I want to keep the momentum going & keep up with my workouts & eating habits. my ultimate goal is 120 so I still have about 25lbs to go. time to buckle down & stay consistent. my weakness is starting strong & then tapering off. I am going to find ways to keep myself accountable to show up.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Despite being down 1 lb 2 oz, I may have been a bit further along if I hadn't slipped up with a cheat meal & dessert that had dairy & gluten. I definitely paid for it though, with stomach pains & eill use that as my lesson learned. my non scale victory would be that I can see improvement in my flexibility already, with my yoga routine.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have drank more water & even though we ate out, I could have chosen an option that fit within my prescribed diet.

Long-term goal weight

120 lbs

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

my hormonal imbalances have made getting body back after baby #2 next to impossible. Losing & gaining the same 5 to 10 lbs over the last 2 years, despite "doing all the right things & eating all the right things," has been gut wrenching. I'm currently under Dr. evaluation & blood panels being taken at the end of the month.

My goal is to stay on track with my dr.s dietary prescription of no dairy, gluten or bananas, to reduce my inflammation & to also practice the prescribed yoga to reduce stress.
