Non-scale victory of the week!

I completed my first 5k in 11 years!!!!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Not much to be honest.. I worked out 6 days in a row!!! My nutrition was on point!!!

Non-scale victory of the week!

My food was on track!!! I could not work out as much as I needed to due to my PCOS, So I had to rely on my food choices and getting enough water in.. I nailed it and it shows!!!!
