I've been doing well with avoiding junk food. Yesterday I chose not to go back for seconds even though I really wanted to.

My cheat day did no help to me... I went a little overboard. And I could get to bed earlier.

Feeling better this past week! I have more energy and my body feels stonger and slimmer!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I've made a lot of good choices this past week, like eating smaller portions and snacking less. And the best choice was today for lunch; I chose an unwich at Jimmy John's rather than having their amzing bread. I got a pickle in stead of chips and no cheese on the sandwich! This is a big step for me, their bread is ALMOST irresistible.

Gotten better sleep and in turn maybe had more time in the morning to workout.
