Non-scale victory of the week!
Got sick ( cold) still pushed myself to do something. Even a walk. So I'm still proud! * It helps that I take the stairs at work all day!

Get back to running more. I want 3-4 runs a week!!! Going on a cruise next week so fingers crossed I keep at it. I had to push hard to get close enough to be able to enjoy all the food on the cruise next week as long as I run on the deck and use the gym. Let's do this!!!!
