My scale was acting up so I had to reset it a couple times, gave different number every time before that. But then it settled on one finally and it was able to help me reach my goal! Woohoo! Now to hold steady to get to the end.

I am not doing great. Am having an awful recovery from my last nerve ablation procedure and have been mostly couch bound. No exercise for 1-1/2 weeks now and my diet is slipping. Luckily I did good the firsrt month but need to start being smarter with a plan.

Highly recommend the Dr. Fuhrman 10 in 20 plan. That will Kickstart you again no problem. It's intense but it's worth it. I'm down about 15 lbs since I started on Sept 7! I've done the plan (you do the 20 days on repeat until you reach your goal) about 2 times through now. About half way to my end goal already! Check it out, no exercise required! :raised_hands:

Dieting and exercise can be tough when healing. Listen to your body and don't push to hard. Eat healthy. You'll find the balance and come back stronger. We believe in you.

Anyone have any good ideas for a low calorie/low sugar coffee creamer? I was using the sugar free flavored torani syrup, but then read the artificial sweetener in it is bad for you. I have tried cutting back on creamer, or using the nutpods creamer, but not sweet enough and I can't drink it. I've tried vanilla almond milk, but still doesn't cut it. But I need to cut back, lol, but can't get rid of my morning coffee!!!!

Honestly. It took me about a week to start to enjoy it but I started drinking it black.... the smoothest brew I have found as far as kcups is green mountain Nantucket blend. Sounds basic but it’s the only one I can tolerate black

I love making cashew creamer. It’s so easy. You could add a dash or maple syrup or honey to it too.

Coming up on 6 months postpartum and really ready to lose the extra baby weight! Hard to believe I was a full 40 lbs lighter when I got pregnant with my first. I'll be happy to lose 20! Anyone else losing baby weight?

Yes, I'm 5 months pp with my second. It was easier to lose the baby weight last time bc I weighed more to start and only gained like 15lbs. I was able to lose an additional 15 after that. Then got pregnant again right around my goal weight. Proceeded to gain that same 30 with second baby. Haven't been able to lose really any of it naturally this time, so it's time to get serious!

Little one is 14 months, didn't actually gain that much during the pregnancy (was overweight from the start), but a year of terrible sleep and a strong sweet tooth has me up by about 5kgs from prepregnancy and 20kg overweight in general
