  • Good morning everyone! Sorry for no post yesterday! I was traveling all day and so exhausted! ALLLLLL of these things in this photo are so important and are things I’ve learned from losing my weight. Sure we all wanna lose weight, but developing this mindset/habits will help you keep it off LONG term which is what matters! I think the one I struggled with most at the start of my journey was “something is always better than nothing”. I always felt like I HAD to go to the gym to have a good workout and that’s not true at all! Now I love taking my baby on walks as some quick fun activity! Which one of these do you struggle with most? Be conscious of these everyday!

I have found I can only allow myself fun food on the weekend. Otherwise one at it all the time. Working on that whole self control thing.


I don’t make sleep a priority- I work full time+, have a 3 & 2 year old and the list goes on with chores and life (my husband does help a ton - but still so much to do all the time!) so I just get about maybe 5 hours of sleep a night :confused: - I don’t know if I need more though cuz when I do get more I actually feel more tired - weird

I really wanna try to stay good with my eating! We will probably go grocery shopping when I get there and she wants me to make some of my meals! I'm plus size and I LOVE my band. Size down though, I ordered true to size and it was huge


I have one and like to use it because it really helps target that area, but my only qualm is that it definitely is noticeable under a lot of my workout clothes and creates a bulge. So now I use it a couple times a week with baggier shirts or with a sweatshirt tied around my waist.

*GIVEAWAY* GOODMORNING and happy July! 😍 I just got back from vacation (only gained 3 lbs thankfully!) but everytime I get back I plan my meals for the week and go RIGHT to the grocery store. Having a plan even 1 week at a time has been so important in my journey. Having meals planned and all the groceries ready is so good for staying on track! I’ll post all my dinners with the recipes! Cutting out snacking through the day and avoiding eating something "because it's there". I'm also drinking a gallon of water per day and using my lunch hour to walk, in addition to my workouts!

Filling my cart with fruits and veggies! I spend most of my grocery budget on fruits and veggies and lean high quality meat. I shop the sales and meal plan around that. We live with my in-laws who loooove their sweets and chips, so the struggle is real.

  • Hi everyone and WELCOME 😍 so happy to have you all here!!!!! Weigh ins have begun (you have until 14 days into the game to weigh in, obviously I suggest doing it ASAP!) Throughout the game feel free to post your meals, workouts, struggles, celebrations, etc! We can all get ideas and motivation from each other.
