Non-scale victory of the week!
Being able to stay on track with all my meals and scheduled workouts! I said I would only eat what I peeped and commit to 4 crossfit classes and I did!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I think I prepared well for this past week but indefinitely need to drink more water.

I’m going to add 1 more day of workout for a total of 5. Allowing myself to rest on Wednesday and Sunday. To continue staying on track with my macros.
