Non-scale victory of the week!

I have done SO WELL not eating high salt foods. My go to meal was always slathered in Franks red hot or some sort of salty spicey condiment. I did well.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I ate some cake. I calorie counted it, so it didn’t effect my weight... but it make me feel like garbage and I can eat cake after all this is done. I’m almost at the finish line !

How many days did you exercise last week?

How would you rate your diet last week?

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

I want to run 4 times this week. And continue to follow my dieting! No big cheat days. I can have cheat days after this is all over !
