Non-scale victory of the week!

Taking pictures smiling with my teeth this weekend..I would never usually do that cause I feel like my face is too fat. I also took pictures by the beach and didn’t hate them all! This weekend I felt good about myself and I didn’t over eat or GAIN any weight after my sisters birthday!

Non-scale victory of the week!

Had a cleaning party at work and did not binge on all the pizza, fries, and other snacks they had! Also didn’t eat the big bowl of candy and that WAS HUGE for me.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Try to get my correct amount of water daily and take vitamins
