Got back on track with vegan eating.

I did some meal prep and I’ve researched some recipes. I signed up for 2 DietBets.

Walk 5 days at least 12K steps a day. Meditate 10 minutes a day. Find a yoga class that I can go to 2 x a week. Look into dragon boat team.
