Non-scale victory of the week!

I ate very healthy on vacation ! and I wdon’t on walks with my daugter in stroller whenever i got a chance. my jean shorts buttoned!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

drink more water and more excersize. was tough bc was on vacation. I put myself down a lot too because I had to wear bathing suit and stuff.

down pounds again. clothes fitting so much better. nightgowns aren’t shirts anymore, they’re gowns again. can keep up in the gym again. my kickboxing partner was one of the strongest girls in the gym and I was stronger than her! my left kicks are stronger

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

food - went down the shore for 4thof July weekend and ate boardwalk foods and whatever i wanted. didon’t eat a ton though and my calories stsyd low so i still lost a pound.

going to eat salads , fruit & veggies like crazy !! - and add some protein shakes into my diet again ! also got some supplements vitamins to start taking

Non-scale victory of the week!

got noticed at my nieces bday party but a few people on how great I loook! I actually took pictures for the first time in years with my kids and of myself and husband and actually posted them! been drinking lot more water. my official shirt size is. xxl and mypants a L most the time now! also my body fat went down 2% last week so it’s ok that I gained few pounds bc it’s definitely muscle! it will come off this week!

water & no breads perhaps but water water water and more spin! walks with my kids again at nights. going to start setting small goals for myself calories, eating, water intake, miles, running, spin, harder hits and kicks everyday goals for myself!

Went away for mdw & lost a pound. Also worked out crazy strong & intense entire week!

hydration all the way!! & eat better foods. Calories are good but foods could of been healthier versions.

Clothes fitting better..kicks are higher in kickboxing! Working harder than I ever have! Really pushing myself with no excuses! Also walking every evening with my hubby and kids! Diet was on point everyday feeling lighter !
