Hit my goal weight for this challenge, but then went on a week long vacation and gained a solid portion back - it’s been hard to get back into the routine of eating better / working out post-vacation but hoping this group is the motivation I need to get back on track and stay there

So I realised I can’t maintain 16:8 fasting whilst I’m studying because I just can’t concentrate if I don’t eat breakfast. However, I’m sticking to my two small meals a day with a snack inbetween spaced over a longer period of time and I’m still losing weight! Hurrah!!

Instead of an 8hr eating window, it’s become 10hrs, I just can’t concentrate in the mornings if I don’t eat until noon. I have just been careful not to eat a bigger total of calories! Still works ok. Just until this exam is over!

  • Omggg... going through my organic market haul... tasted these puppies. Amazing!! My vice are chips i can devour them like no other. Im so glad im finding all of these healthier alternatives that I can incorporate even when im not on a diet. Im totally okay if these replace frito lay for the rest of my life lol happy dance :) still putting these away, had my single serving, added to myfitnesspal, till next time hippeas :)

They are delicious but fart producing for me haha. Yushoi have produced a pea based puff. I have limited myself to snack pack of 30g Doritos a day instead. good luck and enjoy! X

Yes! I love the bbq flavored ones. Downside is that they are such a small bag, I feel like they don’t last me very long

Only +600g since weigh out! What a relief. My aim is to get to a BMI of 20. Amongst Asian and Far East population, a BMI over 23 increases risk of heart disease and diabetes.

Has anyone done the weigh in and then final weigh out with a different scale? Is that allowed to use different scales? I'm visiting family and did my weigh in with my mom's scale but will be home when the final happens so it will be a different scale.
