What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I’ve lost a lot of weight slowly over the past 4 years. I find it hard to keep going because of the slow progress. I specifically am trying to make lifestyle changes so that my weight loss will be something I can maintain, but it means there aren’t drastic results.
