Non-scale victory of the week!
I have a few other people who have joined me at work with meal prep during lunch, eating clean and not out.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
After the sky falling, I mean snow falling and shovelling, I didn’t get to the gym as much albeit still got a work out.

More cardio, moving, possibly looking into buying an elliptical for when I get snowed in.
