Busted my butt for some results! Feels good to know all the hard work I did was worth it!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could’ve been more on top of working out, some days I was too tired and fell asleep so I’d end up doing two work outs on the next day

For me I feel like I always cheat with food, I loose some weight then get super happy and eat like pig and gain it all back.
