Non-scale victory of the week!
I can now fit into an XL shirt and a 0x at Walmart.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
My diet was horrible. I only excerxising once. Lots of room for improvement. I gained 7lbs in one week. Maybe Keto isn’t for me. The weight regain is unreal. I feel like I undid everything from January’s diet bet.
