Non-scale victory of the week!

I really wanted a blueberry bagel with blueberry cream cheese late at night, when I had already met my calorie goal, but i resisted and allowed myself 2 tbsp of the cream cheese and ate it slowly. I felt satisfied and I didnt go over my calorie threshold!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I shouldn't have eaten a whole pint of ice cream. At least it was the kind that's only 320cals, but still...??

Non-scale victory of the week!

Lost some weight

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Controlled my eating. I caved to binges at night ( luckily only on healthy-ish food, cause that's all I keep in the house). At an event this week I ate a half a doughnut and a cookie, but the doughnut was SO good that I sat there for a half hour debating getting another whole one. Eventually I did and I felt so sugar sick afterwards and had immediate regret. I also have a hurt foot this week, which has sucked the motivation to exercise right out of me.

Not binge eating at night!

Not eating 2 pieces of cold leftover pizza after team party...I didn't feel good afterwards
