Non-scale victory of the week!
I really wanted a blueberry bagel with blueberry cream cheese late at night, when I had already met my calorie goal, but i resisted and allowed myself 2 tbsp of the cream cheese and ate it slowly. I felt satisfied and I didnt go over my calorie threshold!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I shouldn't have eaten a whole pint of ice cream. At least it was the kind that's only 320cals, but still...??
