None hurt my back and had done no exercise while letting it and my foot heal

Non-scale victory of the week!

Been a great week of keeping with my goals and plan to lose. Been eating healthy and kept to my plan to go Keto and calorie deficit.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

My foot injury kept me from being as active as I wanted but I still feel like I can do a lot more than I did, going to step up the exercise

Not have such tender feet had major blister issue from walking at work

Going low carb first to help with my blood sugar and cholesterol. Need more sleep than the 5 to 6 hours in am getting. Going to quit drinking. I have a desk job and instead of sitting there all week I am going to set a goal of walking 10000 steps while at work. Will out doing some weight training with high reps lighter weight and body weight
