Non-scale victory of the week!

Almost at a 10lb loss ! When I hit 10 lbs I am getting myself some crest white strips !!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I’m pretty proud of how things are going. I have the odd sweet but I need to be realistic and stick to a diet that will last me long term

Non-scale victory of the week!

My coat zipped a little easier, I see a change in the mirror

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I let myself have a little cheat and as I did I instantly regretted it! (Damn timbits)

To stay motivated! Feeling better about myself is so important. I am doing this for an upcoming trip and I want to be able to take photos and meet new people and be able to feel confident!
