I went to my 2nd rpm class at the gym which meant hauling both kids with me and booking them each into different daycare activities.

I am only eating meat past two days. raw salmon + soy sauce, meatballs, no sugar coke, soy sauce is bad it makes me puffy, I like it but my nose gets stuffy.
