Non-scale victory of the week!

Got into grad school! Having a very stressful week with finishing up my substance abuse counseling certificate haven’t been able to work out as much but have still mad some time

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I took my dog for a nice long walk at the park, should have remembered water so we could have stayed longer

I really need to remember not to get sodas, and I’m doing a lot of weight and I might not be losing weight but my arms and legs feel better
