Non-scale victory of the week!

submitted my final weight, but… it took me 2 days of fasting and yesterday - walking and exercising almost all day long and trying not to drink too much. This morning, I thought Ill go crazy from hunger. Was scared to step on scales - had a VERY HOT bath before the weigh-in, probably lost 2 litres of sweat

Non-scale victory of the week!

it’s getting harder and harder. I thought by now my new way of eating and training will become a habit, but it’s still a struggle and fighting with myself. and the weight seems to creep in very quickly. this month I have Just about made it, but I fasted for the past two days and yesterday - two trainings and dry fast! This month I will try not to indulge my first week after this game. will go straight to the next game and continue my struggle. I’ve still 12kg to lose to get to my target weight.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

this week was good but the first week after the game was BAD. I ate a lot and gained back 3kg so in the end I had to lose more than 4%. This month - no binge-week!! Discipline all month!!

Alternate day fasting and no binging during non-fast days.

I was fasting for the last week. starving. otherwise wouldn’t have made it..

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I did really well actually, I managed to eat only once a day very small portion in the evenings.

continue running every day and training. I’ll probably eat what I want for a week or even two and then start fasting again. intermittent fasting, eating once a day before going to bed.
