it’s getting harder and harder. I thought by now my new way of eating and training will become a habit, but it’s still a struggle and fighting with myself. and the weight seems to creep in very quickly. this month I have Just about made it, but I fasted for the past two days and yesterday - two trainings and dry fast! This month I will try not to indulge my first week after this game. will go straight to the next game and continue my struggle. I’ve still 12kg to lose to get to my target weight.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
this week was good but the first week after the game was BAD. I ate a lot and gained back 3kg so in the end I had to lose more than 4%. This month - no binge-week!! Discipline all month!!
