Major nsv I have to add this right now because I'm feeling So so good about it, even though I don't see it in pics or the mirror or the scale, I feel my body toning on my triceps and my upper thighs!!! Even on my chest. Gotta be the cardio, 30 day arm challenge, some weights and Insanity Max 30. Love love this feeling no matter what the scale says tomorrow morning
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
More cardio, but I did something brave and attended a Zumba strong class on Wed. Also diet wasn't so great celebrated hubby's b-day twice this week. Dinners
