Not eating all of the treats at the Memorial Day party’s & the race!!!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I feel really good about the last week honestly, I did get sun burnt on Saturday which slowed down my exercise but it also helped to combat my diet so I suppose it worked out!

I shouldn’t have celebrated so hard after winning but I had gluten and dairy and bloated so badly so thus, time for two new diet bets to get back on track!!!!
