Non-scale victory of the week!

Goal pants fit better, old shirts fit better Exercise of some sort every single day Diet could still use some work but I feel over all I've been doing better than in the past

Stuck to fasting, cut some portions down (DQ and tacos, ugh) Used the dumbbell more
