Non-scale victory of the week!

was on vacation for the past 5 days, basically eating and drinking all day. so unsurprisingly, opposite of progress this week.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

not eaten so much, but hey I was on vacation! also would have stuck better to my exercise schedule except sunburn made it painful to move.
