Non-scale victory of the week!

Got right back on track after overindulging on vacation. Have been back doing right for 6 days straight and it is good to know I can do that. Before a vacation could have knocked me out of whack for months!

More intense exercise.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I purchased pizza for my children. It looked so good, so I decided I could keep it within my calorie range on myfitnesspal. I ate 1 and a half pieces with 1 and a half breadsticks. This was satisfying. The best part- I didn't use that as an excuse to eat the entire pie! I stayed in a normal, self-controled range.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I had strep throat, so I think I did great!
